All programs are customizable based on your input and goals. Our program is designed to help coaches and athletes maximize performance during and away from competition. We provide individuals the tools to successfully program their subconscious for optimum performance and give coaches the tools to develop the mental game.

Gold Level Training: Cost $2500

2-day in person (1 hour per day) training with athletes and coaches (travel is included in cost)

  • We will cover many of the things in person that I would do over 3 meetings.
  • Allows athletes to be more engaged also allows relationship to form so they are more willing to reach out for help
  • Access to all 10 mental huddles for coaches/captains to facilitate
  • Monthly Check-Ins with 4 Athletes (Your choice)
  • JR and Sr athletes will have unlimited access to me via email or text

Silver Level Training: Cost $1750

  • 2-One-hour private training (Zoom/In person) with Captains
    • Mastering Your Self Talk
  • Additional One-hour Zoom/In person training with coaches
    • Running Mental Huddles
    • Access to 5 mental huddles
  • 3 check-in calls with coaching staff throughout the training segment (September-November)

Bronze Level Training: Cost $1200  3-One-hour Zoom or in person meetings with team (1 per month of the season)
